Governance

The institution was established in the year 2001. The College is owned and managed by Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, one of the oldest Christian communities in India, with a rich legacy spanning centuries in education, healthcare, and social service. The college was founded by the late H.H. Dr. Baselios Marthoma Mathews II, the Catholicos of the East and Malankara Metropolitan, with a vision to provide world-class engineering education rooted in ethical values and spiritual traditions. Presently the President of the College is His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, the Catholicos of the East and Malankara Metropolitan. H.H. Catholicos is the President of the Governing Board. The nineteen Governing Board Members are active in carrying out the functions of the college management, ensuring academic excellence, transparent administration, and holistic development of students.

With over four decades of experience, Dr. Mammen has served as Dean of Academics, Director-HRD, and Course Director across leading institutions. He holds an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and is a renowned Management Pandit and Social Engineer.
